Energy Headquarters

A global 1400 strong energy giant required a refurbishment of their corporate headquarters in Swindon, UK with 15,000 m2 of office space and associated restaurant and gym facilities,

At the outset of the project, high level sponsor briefings and workshops with stakeholders and steering groups were conducted to establish requirements and develop a workplace and cultural design strategy that aimed to bring new ways of working to a challenging 1980s corporate HQ.

Concept designs were developed against a background of tight budget limitations and high sustainability aspirations like SKA Gold all the way to the developed Tender submission.
