Montijo Factory

The client wished to move its food production facility operations from central Lisbon to an existing disused industrial site at the city's outskirts. Project’s scope included the essential infrastructural adaptations and enabling works to the existing building - electrical, plumbing, air compressor, wi-fi and security and minor adaptation works. Operations on new site were resumed on time and within budget.

Project management, liaison with landlord, stakeholders and external parties, budget control, scope and timeline and management of execution of works on site.
